He also gives us some insight into Chris told him about his job, and his past. The team travels to Florida to speak with Andy and Charles the two gentleman who discovered the missing pontoon boat. Ashes to Ash True Crime “What Happened to Carolyn Blankenfeld?” Episode 9 – The Letter Bree has officially join the Ashes to Ash team. They wrap up their first trip to Florida feeling great about the information that they have gathered. Ash starts contacting others who are going to be important people to speak with through the investigation. After leaving Bree gets a call from Buddy which reveals some new and interesting information.Annie and Bree then receive an email from Chris. The letter seems like he is letting off some frustrating on what is going on with the videos and with us questioning those around him. The letter also goes into significant detail about the day on the boat. Chris also give a lot of other information throughout the letter that can be fact checked. The team is relieved to have received this letter. They had been wanting an account of the accident from Chris, but had been unable to get Chris to respond to the email sent to him. Join the Ashes to Ash team for Episode 8 of Season 2. Ash, Annie, Michael, Koehl, and Bree continue looking into what happened to Carolyn Blankenfled in the Florida/Alabama area. The team continues their conversation with Buddy, who fills us in on more details about what might have occurred. We get Buddy’s interpretation of the days leads up to Carolyn’s death and the days proceeding. He speaks about the funeral and his love for Carolyn. The team is trying to fly under the radar, but Chris figures out that the team is in town and texts Bree to try and stop her. Ash and her crew finish up their trip to Tennessee by saying goodbye to Danielle, Chris’s 2nd wife. After Bree and Ash leave they attempt to figure out the timeline in a more official capacity. A surprising photograph helps them understand the timeline better and they attempt to understand its meaning within the timeline.

Ash and Bree sit down with Carolyn’s 2nd husband Mike whom Carolyn was married to for eleven years. They learn about who Carolyn was before she entered Bree’s life.

Finally the crew heads over to meet with the lead investigator Faris to see if there is additional information and to see what the status of the case currently is.

Join Ash and Bree for Season 2 of the Ashes to Ash true crime series “What Happened to Carolyn Blanenfeld.”

In episode 5 “Mind Games” of this eye opening series Ash Patino and Bree head to Tennessee to meet with Danielle, Chris’s 2nd wife. While in town they get more information about their relationship and what ended it. As they comb through an old photo album, they make a stunning realization that alters the timeline that had been put in place.

Ash also heads to Wisconsin to attempt to meet with a woman who Chris bought a house with only 100 days after Carolyn passed away. Ash is able to locate the house and attempt to make contact with this unnamed woman.
